All orders are processed within 2 to 5 working business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Print Orders:
I offer DHL Express courier delivery on all print orders, which are tracked and insured and should arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that while shipping on prints is free of charge, although rare, you will be responsible for any local tax duties outside the UK and EU.
Print orders usually ship within 72 hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within a maximum of 5-10 working days.

Returns:
Original Paintings: I want you to be delighted with your painting purchase. If you have any issue at all with your purchase, please contact me by email within 3 working days of receiving your item. I offer a 7 day return policy on an original painting, where the item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
Prints: As your prints are made to order, I do not accept returns. However, if something is damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible as prints are insured and tracked with DHL.
Papers:
My Giclée prints are printed on beautiful, Hahnemühle German Etching archival paper.
Original Paintings:
Original paintings are sent a separate shipping invoice after purchase in order to get the most up-to-date shipping cost for you. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending which original painting you are interested in (so I know the size and weight) and your full address to enquiries@kirstenelswoodartist.com. Once the shipping invoice has been paid the painting is packed and shipped within 72 hours of your order having been received. Your confirmation email will be followed by a tracking number. Orders within the UK are usually shipped using Parcelforce. As a general guide, prices of shipping within the UK cost around £30-£35.
