All orders are processed within 2 to 5 working business days after receiving your order confirmation email. If your oil painting is freshly painted, there will be a short wait until the painting is touch dry. I will let you know if that is the case. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns:

Original Paintings: I want you to be delighted with your painting purchase. If you have any issue at all with your purchase, please contact me by email within 3 working days of receiving your item. I offer a 7 day return policy on an original painting, where the item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Original Paintings:

Original paintings are sent free of charge to the United Kingdom and a flat £25 is charged for shipping to any other country.
